PREPARATION:
  1. In a bowl, beat the egg slightly with a fork and incorporate the milk, cinnamon, salt and vanilla.
     
  2. Coat a skillet with cooking spray.
     
  3. Place the bread slices, one at the time, into the bowl and let it soak well.
     
  4. Transfer bread slices into the skillet and cook until golden brown. Turn to the other side and repeat the procedure.

PREPARATION:
  1. Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Add onions and bell pepper. Cook until onions are tender.
     
  2. Beat eggs in a plate, add salt and pepper.
     
  3. Place eggs in pan and mix to make scrambled eggs. When cook set aside.

PREPARATION:
  1. Beat egg whites, add salt and set aside
     
  2. Heat small non-stick pan and slightly coat with cooking spray. Cook turkey bacon and when ready, set aside.

• 5 Egg whites

PREPARATION:
  1. Mix all the ingredients (except for the cooking spray and the syrup) in a blender and set aside.
     
  2. Pump a small amount of cooking spray in a non-stick pan and set to medium high.
     
  3. With a large spoon, pour a bit of the mix on the pan until a circle is formed to the size you want to make your pancakes.
     
  4. Let it cook until you see bubbles appear on the surface and then flip the pancake over. 
     
  5. Once it is browned from both sides, remove it from the pan and set aside on a plate.
     
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 until you run out of the mixture (you can use a bit more of the cooking spray each time, if you think it is necessary so you won’t burn your pancakes.)
     
  7. Serve on a plate and pour some sugar-free syrup on top if desired.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
     
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
     
  3. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.

PREPARATION:
  1. Mix together egg whites with milk and add salt and pepper to taste.
     
  2. Preheat small fry pan over medium heat.  Drizzle olive oil and sauté onions until softened, around 4-5 minutes.
     
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until also softened, when cooked set aside on a plate to cool.  Once cooled add to egg mixture.

PREPARATION:
  1. Set stove to medium high and Cook the beef in a pot filled with enough water to cover it for 45 minutes.
     
  2. Take out of the pot, shred the beef, but save the broth.
     
  3. Take ½ of the broth you used to cook the beef and using a blender or food processor blend: the onions, the garlic, the bell pepper and the carrots.
     
  4. Add the tomatoes, the beef bouillon cubes, and the tomato paste. Blend everything well.
     
  5. Pour the sauce in a pan and heat well.

PREPARATION:
  1. Preheat oven to 320-340 degrees F.
     
  2. Blend all ingredients for cake together.
     
  3. Pour batter into a large brownie pan.  Bake for 10-15 minutes.
     
  4. When the cake is done, you'll notice it's pretty flat-kind of like a pancake-this is what we want. Allow cake to cool.
     
  5. While cake is cooling, mix all ingredients for frosting in a bowl.
     
  6. After cake is cooled, slice it into three or four strips and then coat each strip with frosting. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Be sure to leave some frosting for topping.
     
  7. Roll each cake strip to create the cinnamon roll.
     
  8. Top each roll with the rest of the frosting, almonds, and cinnamon.
