INGREDIENTS:


• 12.3-oz Package silken or firm tofu

• 1 tsp Cocoa powder

• 2 1/2  Dark sugar free chocolate bars (3-oz bars)

• 1 tsp Pure sugar free vanilla extract

• 2 tbs  Almond milk

• 1/8 tsp Salt

• 2-3 tbs Artificial sweetener

PREPARATION:
  1. Break up the chocolate bars, and melt (either on the stove or in the microwave).

  2. Then throw everything into a food processor and blend until super-smooth.

  3. Pour into a pie crust if desired. (Tip: if you hate pie crust, you can keep it crustless.)

  4. Fridge until chilled. This gets firmer and firmer, the longer it sits. (It’s firmer if you use firm tofu and more like mousse pie if you use silken.)

INGREDIENTS:


• Lemon cake mix

• 1 can of diet lemon soda.

• 2 egg whites

• 8 oz. Light cream cheese, softened

• 1 cup Marshmallow fluff

• 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice

• 1 tsp Pure sugar-free vanilla extract

PREPARATION:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Bake according to the directions on the cake box.

  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, marshmallow creme, lemon juice, and vanilla until well combined
     
  3. NOTES : The use of marshmallow creme instead of butter in this easy frosting recipe keeps the fat, calorie and cholesterol counts low. To simplify clean-up, spray the measuring cup with non-stick spray before attempting to measure out the marshmallow cream!

Yes You Can Diet Plan Coconut Pie Dessert Recipe  
INGREDIENTS:


• 2 envelopes Whip Topping - dry mix (unprepared)

• 2 3/4 Cup Milk, nonfat

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 1 tsp Coconut Extract (optional)

• 2 boxes Fat Free, Sugar Free vanilla Pudding

• 1 cup Toasted Coconut

• Pie crust, graham cracker, 1 pie shell (9" dia) (may use any type shell you wish, or serve this as a mousse without a shell)

PREPARATION:
  1. Beat whipped topping mix , 1 cup of milk and vanilla on high for 6 minutes till very stiff (6 minutes ... don't under beat)

  2. Add remaining milk and pudding mixes, and coconut extract (if using) beat on high for 2 minutes. Fold in coconut, pour into pie shell.*

  3. Reserve 2 TBSP of coconut for garnish if desired.

  4. Chill at least 4 hrs. Sprinkle with reserved coconut or a few very fine chocolate curls to garnish.

INGREDIENTS:


• 1 Cup Water.

• 1 Yes You Can!™ Diet Plan Protein shake, Kiwi Berry flavor.

• 1/3 Cup   Fresh lemon juice.

PREPARATION:
  1. Add the cup of water to the protein bottle and shake.
     
  2. Add the lemon juice to the mix
     
  3. Pour the content into ice pop molds
     
  4. Freeze for 2 hours or until completely frozen

Lemon/Watermelon Pops

Yes You Can Diet Plan Lemon/Watermelon Pops Recipe  
INGREDIENTS:

Watermelon layer:

• 1/4 cup Artificial sweetener (preferably liquid, no carbs)

• 1/4 cup Water

• 1/4 cup Thinly chopped fresh mint

• 2 cups Packed (1/2-inch) cubed seeded watermelon

• 1 tbs Fresh lime juice

Lemon layer:

• 6 Tbs Artificial sweetener (preferably liquid, no carbs)

• 1/2 cup Water

• 2/3 cup Fresh lemon juice

• 1/3 cup Fresh orange juice

• 1/4 tsp Orange extract (Sugar free)

PREPARATION:
  1. To prepare watermelon layer, combine 1/4 cup artificial sweetener and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil; cook 30 seconds, stirring until everything blends. Stir in mint; cover and let stand 30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a bowl.
     
  2. Place watermelon in a blender; process until smooth. Strain puree through a sieve into the bowl with the mint syrup; press with back of a spoon to extract juice. Discard solids. Stir in lime
    juice; cover and chill 1 hour.
     
  3. Pour about 2 1/2 tablespoons watermelon mixture into each of 8 ice pop molds. Freeze 1 1/2 hours or until almost set. Arrange 1 wooden stick into mixture, being careful not to push through to bottom of mold. Return to freezer. Freeze 1 hour or until frozen.
     
  4. To prepare lemon layer, combine 6 tablespoons artificial sweetener and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil; cook 30 seconds, stirring until everything blends. Pour into a bowl; stir in lemon juice, orange juice, and sugar free extract. Cool 15 minutes; cover and chill at least 1 hour.
     
  5. Remove molds from freezer. Pour about 3 tablespoons lemon mixture over frozen watermelon mixture in each mold. Freeze 2 hours or until completely frozen.

INGREDIENTS:


• 2 Oranges, the sweetest you can find

• 1 Apple, sliced (optional)

• 1 tbs Cinnamon

PREPARATION:
  1. Peel oranges, then slice crossways into rounds and arrange on a pretty plate.
     
  2. Add a few apple slices, if desired.
     
  3. Lightly dust with cinnamon and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS:


• 1 container Fat free whipped dessert toping

• 2 pkgs Sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix

• 2 cups Almond milk or non-fat milk

• 2 cups Blueberries

PREPARATION:
  1. Mix both packages of pudding with the milk (mixture will be thick)
     
  2. Pour half of pudding mixture into the graham cracker shell. Spread out
     
  3. Place 1 cup blueberries on top of pudding. Press into pudding
     
  4. Mix half of whipped dessert topping into remaining pudding mixture
     
  5. Pour on top blueberries. Spread to smooth
     
  6. Spread remaining whipped topping on top of pie
     
  7. Sprinkle remaining cup of blueberries on top
     
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

PREPARATION:
  1. Add the gelatin powder

  2. Mix in the cold water

  3. Add the protein powder and mix again.

INGREDIENTS:


• 1 cup julienned seedless Cucumber

• 1 fresh squeezed Lemon, remove any seeds

• 2 cups cold Water

• Artificial Sweetener added to taste

PREPARATION:
  1. Slice lemon in half and squeeze it over a strainer into 2 cups of cold water. 

  2. Sweeten lemon water to taste with your favorite sweetener. 

  3. Fill popsicle molds 2/3 with lemonade. 

  4. Freeze uncovered for about 1 hour. 

  5. Take pops out of freezer. 

  6. Add a spoonful of the julienned cucumber to the pop molds. 

  7. With a popsicle stick or a butter knife, press the cucumber into the mixture so it is evenly distributed. 

  8. Add your popsicle sticks, freeze pops for another 3-4 hours until solid.

• A pinch of salt

  1. Put the whole-wheat rice, the almond milk, artificial sweetener, vanilla essence and cinnamon in a pot for 3 minutes

INGREDIENTS:


Ingredients For Cake

• 1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites

• 1 Yes You Can! Diet Plan Vanilla protein shake

• 1/8 cup Oat Flour

• 1 tsp Baking Soda

• 1 Whole Egg

• 1 tsp cinnamon

Ingredients For Frosting

• 1/2 Yes You Can! Diet Plan Vanilla protein shake

• 1/2 cup of 0% or 2% Greek Yogurt

• 1 tsp Sugar-free Maple Syrup

Topping

• 1 tbsp Cinnamon

• 2 chopped almonds

PREPARATION:
  1. Preheat oven to 320-340 degrees F.
     
  2. Blend all ingredients for cake together.
     
  3. Pour batter into a large brownie pan.  Bake for 10-15 minutes.
     
  4. When the cake is done, you'll notice it's pretty flat-kind of like a pancake-this is what we want. Allow cake to cool.
     
  5. While cake is cooling, mix all ingredients for frosting in a bowl.
     
  6. After cake is cooled, slice it into three or four strips and then coat each strip with frosting. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Be sure to leave some frosting for topping.
     
  7. Roll each cake strip to create the cinnamon roll.
     
  8. Top each roll with the rest of the frosting, almonds, and cinnamon.

INGREDIENTS:


• 2 cups of egg whites

• 1 cup of sweetener (Stevia, Splenda)

• 1 cup of water

• 1 tbsp Yes You Can! Diet Plan protein powder vanilla flavor

• 1 tsp lemon juice

PREPARATION:
  1. In a pot add the water, sweetener and lemon juice 

  2. Cook until it turns into a syrup

  3. Once the syrup is done beat the egg whites until stiff and add the syrup slowly 

  4. When you're done put the meringue into a pastry bag and place the meringues on a baking sheet and bake at 215° 

  5. Bake until golden brown for about 5 minutes 
     
  6. Let cool
