INGREDIENTS:


• 8 cups cubed seedless watermelon

• 2 (12 ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate

• 4 cups water

PREPARATION:
  1. Place watermelon in a blender or food processor.

  2. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.

  3. Place lemonade concentrate and water in a large pitcher or punch bowl.

  4. Add watermelon.

  5. Mix well.

INGREDIENTS:


• 1 Bag Bigelow Decaffeinated Spiced Chai Tea

• 2 cups Water

• 1 tbsp Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Vanilla Caramel Powder Creamer

• Sweet 'N Low

• 1 tbsp Cool Whip Free

• 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

PREPARATION:
  1. Bring water (16 fl oz) to a boil.

  2. Place one Bigelow Decaffeinated Spiced Chai

  3. Tea into a ceramic cup.

  4. Once water is brought to a boil remove from heat and pour onto tea bag in the ceramic cup.

  5. Allow bag to steep/sit for 2-5 minutes.

  6. Remove tea bag

  7. Mix in 1 tbsp Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Vanilla Caramel Powder Creamer. Note: To avoid clumps, stir the tea while adding the creamer.

  8. Sweeten to taste with Sweet 'N Low (or another no calorie sweetner).

  9. Place 1 tbsp of Cool Whip Free on top of tea.

  10. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

• Boiling water

• 10 cups Water

• 1 pinch Salt

  1. Peel and wash tamarinds.
     
  2. Soak in 5 cups of water for an hour; stir until pulp falls off the seeds .
     
  3. Pour remaining water.
     
  4. Run mix through strainer and into a pitcher.

• 1 1/2 cups of rice

• 3 cinnamon sticks

• 1 Yes You Can! Diet Plan Vanilla protein shake

• 4 cups of water

• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

PREPARATION:
  1. In a bowl let the rice soak in water for 15 minutes

  2. Cut the cinnamon sticks and let them soak in another bowl of water for 15 minutes 

  3. Drain the water, and in a blender add the rice and cinnamon with the 4 cups of water

  4. Strain the mix and add the protein shake and the vanilla extract. 

  5. Add ice and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy

INGREDIENTS:


• 1 cup of dried jamaica flowers

• Artificial sweetener

• 6 cups water

PREPARATION:
  1. In a medium-sized pot, bring 3 cups of the water, jamaica flowers and the sugar to a boil. 

  2. Using a wooden spoon, stir the pot to dissolve the sweetener 

  3. Cover and lower the heat to low. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

  4. Remove from the heat and let sit for 15 to 20 minutes. 

  5. Add the remaining 3 cups of water into the pot. Strain out the flowers and let the agua de jamaica cool off.

  6.  Pour the agua de jamaica into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
